To provide our automated video services, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and billing information (processed by our payment provider).
• E-commerce Data: When you connect a store (e.g., Shopify) or provide a product URL, we collect public product data including titles, prices, descriptions, and images.
• User Uploads: Images, logos, and video assets you upload manually to our cloud storage for rendering purposes.

• Service Provision: To render video advertisements based on your specifications.
• AI Processing: We use third-party AI services (e.g., for translation or text-to-speech) to process specific requests. These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality.
• Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our rendering engine performance.

Your assets and generated videos are stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. We retain generated videos for 30 days to allow for download, after which they may be archived or deleted based on your plan settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Payment Processors: Stripe (for billing).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud (for storage and computing).
• AI Partners: OpenAI / Anthropic (strictly for translation/copy generation features, if enabled).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including rendered videos) at any time by contacting support.
