Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Boton.ONE platform operated by Boton Inc ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service (including the automated video generation API and dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Boton.ONE provides an automated video production platform that allows users to generate video advertisements using data extracted from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) or manually input data. The Service includes image processing, text translation, and rendering of video files ("Output").
3. Accounts and Credits
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- Credits System: Our Service operates on a credit basis. One credit corresponds to one successful video render. Drafts and previews do not consume credits.
- Refunds: Credits are non-refundable except in cases where technical failures on our side prevent the delivery of the Service.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
- Your Input: You retain all rights to the images, text, and data ("Input") you upload or sync from your store. You represent that you have the right to use such Input.
- Our Templates: We retain all rights to the animation templates, underlying code, and motion design logic used to generate the videos.
- The Output: Upon deduction of credits, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the generated Video Ads for your marketing purposes.
5. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Boton.ONE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
